Hurricane comes in two guises: The 'Plug In' digital power box or the 'ECU Remap'

                               

Designed specifically to get the absolute most out of your Land Rover, Hurricane digitally alters the original ECU engine management program to deliver increased power and torque without sacrificing economy. As part of a complete Gale Force tuning package, Tornado works in harmony with intercooler, turbo pipes, air filter and exhaust upgrades to deliver unheard of performance for all diesel Land Rovers.

Hurricane digital power upgrades get more out of your Land Rover. More power - our optimised fuel management program is matched to YOUR engine model to deliver the maximum BHP gains - up to 70bhp is achievable! More torque - with more delievered across the rev range and optimised to reduce or eliminate flat spots and turbo lag. And more economy - with our program focussed upon both urban and fast road driving, up to 12mpg gains have been reported, with small gains typical even from fast driving!

Installation of the 'plug in' is as easy as plugging in your home entertainment or computer system - and for most applications the Hurricane fits and removes in minutes - full instructions are included for DIY fitting or you can come to our fully equipped workshops to have the Hurricane professionally installed.

Installation of the Hurricane 'ECU remap' requires Twisted tecnician having contact with your vehicle, either at your home/work or at one of our fitting centres. The ECU remap involves us adding no addional hardwear, we simply upload a new engine map, this map has been professionally written with many hours on a dyno/rolling road. Once installed it will produce amazing levels of torque and power. The ECU map can be returned to 'standard' should you change your car or if your garage accidentally over write the tune we will re-instate free of charge. Usually it takes about an hour to install.

The Hurricane does not interfere with the usual logging and diagnostics of the ECU - it is almost invisible to all dealer service computers. And because it is a fully digital system optimising the engine management program, it comes with no risks and no side effects. The Hurricane gives you the biggest pound-for-pound power gains anywhere!

The 'Plug In' system is Available for 300TDi (Discovery Automatic), XDi, TDCI, TD4, TD5, TD6 and TDV6 and TDV8, for Defender, Discovery, Freelander, Range Rover and Range Rover Sport.
